If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase return it to us in new unused condition within 10 days of shipping and we will refund your purchase price. If one of our products fails due to a manufacture defect we will replace it at no charge to you, all we ask is that you return it to us at our expense so that we can make any corrections needed to prevent the same issue in the future.

SHIPPING & PRIVACY
All of our products are handmade in the USA utilizing limited manufacturing processes. All in stock items ship in 1-3 business days and we strive to ship all Custom Orders within 5-10 days but please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping during high volume times. We will notify you of shipment and all products are packaged in unbranded discreet packaging to protect your privacy. We will combine multiple orders free of charge, most orders are shipped via UPS or Priority mail. Large or oversize items are normally shipped via UPS Ground. WE CAN NOT SHIP TO ANY EU COUNTRY due to GDPR we have chosen to discontinue services to all EU countries, we don't like it but complying with GDPR does not make financial sense for us at this time.


International Customers pay actual shipping cost and are responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties that may be due. AS OF MAY 2018 WE WILL NOT PROVIDE SERVICES TO ANY EU COUNTRIES. Shipping to Canada starts at $15.50 and most other countries $24.95, if you live outside the US you will get a shipping invoice from us with the actual shipping cost. For most items it cost the same or nearly the same to ship two items except for dragon tails. Canes and thumper bats must be modified to meet international shipping and will be custom made in 22" lengths for international customers.
